Shipping Questions

Q- Where do you ship to?

A- All over the world! Check out the page below for shipping options and estimated delivery times.

Q- Is shipping combined?

A- Yes. Even if you order 20 charms the shipping cost will be the flat rate of $5. If your order is considerably larger, for instance lets say you order 4 plushes, the shipping cost will go up because if the increased weight and package size.

Q- I havn't recieved my order yet. What happened?

A- If you are a U.S customer and have not received your item after 2 weeks, then something went wrong at the post office and you need to email me (oborochann@gmail.com)  so I can make it right. Sometimes items get lost or misdirected, so just make sure to contact me.

If you are an international customer, 2 weeks is usually the normal shipping time. Certain countries (such as Italy or Germany) can take a week or two longer. If you are an international customer and your item hasn't arrived by a month, email me so I can help you.

Q- Can I track my order?

A- For U.S customers, yes. You will be given a Tracking # when the order is closed so you can see where your package is.

For international customers, unfortunately tracking is extremely expensive ($30-$50) so I do not offer it. If you are willing to pay for tracking you can always contact me and we can work it out.

Q-  I placed an order, but then after I saw you put the CUTEST new charm up in the shop and I really want it! Do I have to place a separate order for it?

A- Nope! I am more than happy to add items to existing orders for you, as long as it hasn't been shipped out already. (You will receive email notifications once I have shipped your order.) Just shoot me an email letting me know which items you would like to add and I will send you a separate Paypal invoice for the cost of the items minus any shipping cost.

Shop Questions

Q- Do you still do custom charms?

A- Sorry guys. I no longer offer custom charms, or do Made-To-Order items. Once items are sold out, you cannot purchase them until I make more. This just makes things a lot less stressful for me, (ESPECIALLY during the holidays) and makes it so that I can ship items out to you right away.

Q- What kind of customization options are available with the items that are in stock?

A- Charms can be put on phone straps, attached to Smart Phone Audio Jack Plugs, attached to earrings or added to a chain.

Q- My item broke! What can I do?

A- Contact me and your item will be immediately replaced. I would also really appreciate a photo, if it is a handmade item. This helps me improve the design and to see why it broke. For example, a customer told me the tail on their lovebird charm popped off, so now I make sure to score the clay where the tail and body meet, and to reinforce the tail with gorilla glue once it's baked for all bird charms. I make a great effort to make sure all my charms/pendents are reinforced and strong. Nothing makes me happier than to see a customer at a convention with a charm they bought a year ago still hanging onto their phone!

Q- Where do I enter the coupon code for a sale? I can't find it.

A-  Click this page for a tutorial on how to enter the coupon codes.

General Questions

Q-Who makes the items?

A- All items are handmade by me, Kim Rountree. ^___^

Q-What are the charms and necklaces made of?

A-  I sculpt them from Sculpey III clay and colored wire for the loops, paint them with acrylic paints and then glaze them with Varathane water based varnish. The acrylic paints are the kind you can find in all those colorful tubes at Michael's or Joannes.

Q- Where did you learn to make charms?

A- I began making charms years ago when I was inspired by people on Deviantart. I just bought some Sculpey and started making them! It just takes a lot of practice and perfecting, and knowing what the right materials are.

Q- Is it ok if my handmade charm/necklace/ring gets wet?

A- Actually, it's fine. The glaze I use to protect my items is waterproof. I even experimented on a "reject" pendant by letting it sit in a bowl of water for hours, and when I took it out and dried it off it was completely fine. Still, just to be safe, I wouldn't make a habit of going swimming with them on all the time but if you accidentally shower with it, or get it wet, no worries. They can take it.
